Billings, Montana, Monday, July 14, 2008 – St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation is pleased to support Women’s Health! The proceeds from this year’s Marynell Heringer Women’s Golf Tournament, Monday July 14th, at Laurel Golf Club, will support patients with balance disorders by purchasing a Balance Master Smart Equitest Machine for rehabilitation patients at St. Vincent Healthcare.
Thirty teams, 120 women from across this community, are geared up to play in the 2008 Marynell Heringer Women’s Golf Tournament. It all begins with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. on Monday July 14, 2008 at Laurel Golf Club.
Proceeds raised through this year’s 4 Person Team Shamble will go toward the purchase of a SMART EquiTest Balance Assessment Machine for St. Vincent Healthcare’s Rehabilitation Department. From the onset of injury to recovery, patients of all ages and walks of life will benefit from this clinically-proven technology, which evaluates and trains patients with a range of balance, postural and mobility problems associated with Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Hip Replacement, Back and Neck Injuries, Osteoporosis, and Falls.
